  • From Memorial Day through Labor Day, weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
  • Full payment in advance is required for all reservations, by cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
  • Check-out is 11:00 am and check-in is between 2:00pm – 9:00pm. However, we try to remain flexible on your use of the Inn (except for the guest rooms) if the good weather keeps you later or brings you earlier than room usage permits.
  • No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
  • As we want to maintain a calm “get-away-from-it all” atmosphere, only children over the age of twelve are permitted. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent(s).
  • Sorry, no pets. Katie, our friendly Black Lab mix is always willing to be walked if you miss your own pet! Katie is kept in our private residence – away from guests who prefer not to be near pets.
  • Cancellations and full refunds will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date. After that, if we can re-book your room, we shall refund your payment for that portion which is covered by the new reservation minus a $25 rebooking fee.
  • Small groups for social or business events are encouraged during the off-season.
