Rates, Reservations & Policies

        Please understand the fact that we have only a limited number of rooms and short summer season.  Therefore we request the following:

·        Months of operation are mid- May through mid-September. Off-season on designated weekends.  Groups and small conferences year-round.
·
        From Memorial Day through Labor Day, weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
·
        In season, full payment in advance is required for weekends, by check, Visa or Mastercard.  Cancellations and full refunds will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date.  After that, if we can re-book your room, we shall refund your payment for that portion which is covered by the new reservation.
·
        Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights are entitled to a $25 discount.
·        Check-out is 11:00am and check-in is 2:00 pm.  However, we try to remain flexible on your use of the Inn (except for the guest rooms) if the good weather keeps you later or brings you earlier than room usage permits.
·        The Sea Spray is closed Monday nights except for holidays.
·        No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

·        Small Groups for social or business events are encouraged.

      We have gone to every effort to assure you the most beautiful surroundings, comfort and attention to personal service and details.  In exchange, we ask that our guests recognize the delicate nature of the Inn’s antiques and ask that they treat the environment with respect.  We know that your stay will be memorable!
