We regret to inform you that the Sea Spray Inn has closed as of September 30, 2016


  • From Memorial Day through September 15, weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.
  • Full payment in advance is required for all reservations, by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
  • Check-out is 11:00 am and check-in is between 2:00pm – 9:00pm.


  • No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.


  • As we want to maintain a calm “get-away-from-it all” atmosphere, only children over the age of 12 are permitted. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent(s).
  • Sorry, no pets. Katie, our friendly Black Lab mix is always willing to be treated or spoiled! Katie is kept in our private residence – away from guests who prefer not to be near pets.
  • Cancellations and full refunds will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date. After that, if we can re-book your room, we shall refund your payment for that portion which is covered by the new reservation minus a $25 rebooking fee.
