From Memorial Day through September 15, weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.
Full payment in advance is required for all reservations, by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Check-out is 11:00 am and check-in is between 2:00pm – 9:00pm.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
As we want to maintain a calm “get-away-from-it all” atmosphere, only children over the age of 12 are permitted. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent(s).
Sorry, no pets. Katie, our friendly Black Lab mix is always willing to be treated or spoiled! Katie is kept in our private residence – away from guests who prefer not to be near pets.
Cancellations and full refunds will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date. After that, if we can re-book your room, we shall refund your payment for that portion which is covered by the new reservation minus a $25 rebooking fee.
